At De Ligno Designs we specialise in bespoke joinery with attention to detail and a personal touch.

We use traditional methods where possible as they are strong and time proven thus giving our products that made to last stature.

We take great pleasure in creating bespoke wooden gates and commissioned work. Our  commissioned projects have included but not restricted to, garden buildings, live edge resin tables among most other things you can think of.

We have even had the honour of restoring four 17th century dining chairs over the lock down period!

De Ligno Designs began as an aspiration amid Covid. Along with the rest of the world this was not an easy time for us, but we are determined. 

We are a small family run company based in North West Leicestershire, offering our services through the British Main Land. 

Shane swapped plumbing for carpentry in 2015 and has never looked back, striving to create pieces that make a statement. Wood tells a story of how it grew, how it was worked, how to was used and continues to offer us its beauty for many years to come.

Corinne works fulltime in healthcare and gets "lumbered" with the administration tasks as she trees to coax Shane into the digital world.
